RRM multi-use trail planning is a specialty service and one we entrust to specialists - our planners are hikers, runners, cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts. We are planners, landscape architects, civil engineers and surveyors who live and breathe our work and know how to make our way across a varied terrain. We work with communities to plan pedestrian and bikeway systems; we take those projects from ideas to construction…and then we walk, hike, run and bike them ourselves before they’re turned over to you.

UCSB Hires RRM Design Group to Design Another Bike Roundabout on Campus

The University of Santa Barbara has one of the highest volumes of bicycle use on a university campus. With all those wheels spinning, the campus has an intricate circulation system of designated bike paths through and around the campus. As these bicyclist travel across campus they encounter intersections that have been designed with bike roundabouts.

UCSB has once again hired RRM to design another bike roundabout to help with circulation at one of the key intersections on the campus. With the success of previous bike paths and roundabout designs, RRM will again work in collaboration with the students and University staff to provide safe and enjoyable access through the campus.
